Not really sure how to describe it, but i start the car up and it stutters a bit and the rpms fluxuate during this like it wants to shut back off, but like 2-3 second later its fine, and runs great. What is the issue, is this normal?

mine does that too, I can tell because when I'm backing out it moves funny and doesn't feel smooth for about 5 seconds. I don't know why though...

Sounds like your head gasket is starting to go. My first '04 did the same thing. A good way to tell is after you've had the car running and is to full operating temp, pop the hood and look in the coolant overflow tank. If you see small bubbles coming up from the bottom of the tank, your head gasket is bad.
