I got the ECU blues!

I am looking for an ECU for my 01, Civic, EX, auto trans, fed emish (I think),

The numbers on my ECU are 37820-PLR-A53

I can't find one with A53. Will other numbers work with mine?
the closest ones I have seen are on Ebay with A52, A02, A03, and other ones that were not so close.

Does any one know what will work?
Does Fed. or Cal. emish matter?

Or Better yet does anyone have one laying around? mabee from a trans swap or somthing? I am willing to buy.
