noise when driving slow over stuff & turning

noise when driving slow over stuff & turning
I have a 2001 civic ex manual trans. Just recently i noticed a noise, like a sound and feel like bad shocks. squeeky i guess. but the shocks are good for sure is there anything that would make simliar noise when going slow over stuff and seems like it happens more when turning? a list of things to try to narrow it down. Thanks
