Have no clue...change your cabin filters maybe? Just a wild guess. Its cold here too, but my heat doesn't blow a burning smell at me and its got almost 100k miles on it.

i've only got 47k kms on the car. i changed the cabin filters like a few months ago because it reeked of the previous owner's sweat. besides, i doubt it would be the cabin filters if it smells like something is burnt unless im burning my filter and they're honda oems

can it really be because of the clutch? the smell only happens if i turn the heat up all the way.. if i turn it down like 3-4 notches, i dont really smell it anymore even with the fan blowing

Check if anything is stuck to your exhaust. I had a burning smell and it turned out it was a plastic bag stuck to my exhaust pipe.

I have the same smelling coming out too......if you put the blower half way the smell isnt really there. Now my heater doesnt even work now! just blows out cold air.
