PLEASE HELP ME my CEL is on and key light is flashing

thanksgiving night i was drivin home in the rain and got by my house the CEL came on and the green key light started flashing the car was in limp mode so took it home parked. next day i went out and startin lookin for promblem cant find one. Ran the scanner on it and it reads error the car starts but it running real nasty and when its running the key light flashes like its not the right key PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, the key light shouldnt be on, only 03-05 have the expensive keys with the computer chips, sounds like an electrical problem, computer maybe, id take it to the dealership...
