ECS light came on
about a week ago, i noticed my ECS light was on. (Emission Control System) i was being lazy and thought i would just take it up to my local honda dealer for them to check it out, 2004 its still under warranty. My friend who is a GM Technician told me to tighten the gas cap till it clicks 3 times. Me being the logical person i am said... yea ok whatever lol. anyway, tightened and sure enough the next day the light went away. i didn't know the gas cap had a sensor on it, but apparently it does. anyway, thought i'd let you guys know if u have this same problem. kind of interesting quirk with our civics.
