still rubbing... any suggestions?
ok heres the story, i recently got into an accident in early august. i was rear ended on the left side of my car. well i sent it to the shop and they've been working on it. the body looks fine but the suspension was funny. at first the left side was sittin lower than the right and everything time i took kind of a bounce, it would rub. so they looked at it and fixed it. (don't remember what they did)
next i was driving and it did the samething so i took it back and told them. this time they replaced the shock. ok, sounds good right? no. still drove around and same thing. it rubbed when i went over railroad tracks. i asked them what to do and they don't know. they say what ever i want to do tell them and they will do it but they don't know the problem. i asked around and heard that it could be that 1) my spring is weak, or 2) the shock on the left isn't as stiff.... i don't know what the problem is. any suggestions? please help!!
oh yeah, and if that doesn't work (changning both rear springs) then i plan on telling them to order me new shocks/springs *cough* tein coilovers and ill be satisfied with that
