HUGE PROBLEM - i think...
ummm, well about three weeks ago, i driving north on DVP, going about 140, out of nowhere my car dropped RPMs to 4000 and wouldn tog past that point, i got scared cause it felt liek it seized. I went to a mechanic and it turned out that i had NO oil in my car, so i filled it and did an engine flush, my car drove well for about a week, i cheked my oil last nite cause my car started to make a knocking noise in gear, well i was out of oil again, i figured i burned my oil rings
DO I HAVE TO SWAP ENGINES, OR CAN THIS BE FIXED.

it can always be fixed.. the question is now how much damage have you done to yer engine and how much money do you have...
might wanna bring it back to yer mechanic/dealership and have them check it out

Don't drive it, have it towed to a shop, have the compression/leakdown tested. That'll tell you the condition of the rings. If they're shot, depending on the condition of the cylinder walls, they can either be honed or bored .020 over and the motor can be rebuilt.
Driving it with no oil prolly ****ed up everything, so a total rebuild may be in order.... or find a new motor.
