How can i take off this ugly dealer emblem, its a silver emblem like the LX, or Civic emblem, but...those idiots drilled it into the car, i didnt notice until a few days ago that its actually held in by 2 screws...it looks tacky and i hate it.
How can i take it off without leavin 2 huge ugly holes...or is there a way to cover up those holes easy?

Absolutely!!! Dealers that f*ck with the integirty of a car's design just to advertise their stupid dealership should be slapped. Take them to small claims court is they don't pay for it.. I wonder how Honda would feel? Ahh they probably wouldn't care..

that sux but no simple fix. It's got be be filled, sanded, and repainted. If your lucky, the dealer may agree to fix it w/ out much of a fight but if they are anything like my local dealer, they mess something else up when they try and fix it. You could go ghetto style and slap a sticker or decal on it to cover the holes.

You cant sue the dealer...Not unless it was put on there after all papers were signed. You can maybe fill it up and sand it down a bit and use some touch up paint unless you want a perfect job and paint the whole trunk. Or you can just get another emblem to stick it over .

Well i took it off guys...it did leave 2 small holes, no damage to the paint, but 2 small holes...luckily i have a black car so it isnt that noticable.
Im thinkin about gettin another emblem or somethin.
I have no clue it was screwed in until recenetly, i just thought it was adheasive(sp). The screws were tiny and blended in well with it.
It looked to *blingy* and it was way to tacky.
My dealer already made things go wrong on my car and tried to blame it on me. So i dont feel like letting them screw somethin else up.
I guess ill live with it for now.
