ok, today i was driving on a interstate and my "check engine light" comes on. i stop off at a ramp. turn off the car, wait a little, and start it again. at this point its still on. im pissed MORE, cause last week my SRS light came on AGIAN. so anyway, i get to my friends house. first we think its the tranny. cause everytime the RPMs are below 2k, in gear there is this HORRID grinding/slapping noise. yes both. then i took it out of gear and low reved it to 2k and let it drop real quick. same noise. err. im taking it to my dealership ASAP on monday morning. this sucks. they better honor that warranty i bought

Yeah if you pay for the extended warranty, they will stand by it. I just got a brand new engine (threw a rod from over-reving) and a new tranny and clutch (probably from the hard driving lol. So basically I have 25,000 miles on my new motor and also 200 miles on my new tranny. Gotta love the extended warranty.

ill be taking donations for a k20/k24 setup then. cause im broke. but yea i have the 100k extended warranty and i have 84k on the motor. my dad won't even let me start it again after i took it home. its gettin towed at the asscrack of dawn to the dealership, where ill be getting a rent-a-car.
