Front Driver Side Creaking

Front Driver Side Creaking
So for the past 2 weeks I noticed I get creaking around the front driver side. I seem to hear it more when I turn the wheel right but can still hear it slightly when going over a few bumps while slowing down. Normal speed going over bumps It doesn't make the creak. Both front struts were replaced by Honda about 14 months ago and my extended warrenty ending in March. I am a bit concerend on what it could be because I hate thinking that I wish this happened under my warrenty since Honda will screw me. I also lubed up the springs and still get the creaking noise. Wondering if any experts can help me out?
