hey guys. i was driving home from college today which is about an hour away and i noticed something. everytime id go 45-60 on the way home (speed limit) for a little while, id smell sulfur. i had this problem in my old car (90 chevy) but i dont think it should be happening in my 02 lx. i was told before in the chevy that it was the catalytic converter. does this smell indicate that the converter is dying or is just from constant stress on the engine? please let me know if it is dying so i can get it fixed right away before the warrany goes.

yeah I also have a weird smell coming out of my car after a drive. doesn't smell like it's burning but it's something else I can't explain. I'm pretty sure it's not the clutch.

its not the clutch cuz my car is an auto. i just talked to my dad and he says that it is the converter. i smells like sulfur most commonly identified as the "rotten egg" smell. what do you guys think?

exhaust doing it's job....that or you need to get your catalytic checked....
