Question Did Honda screw up my car?

I took my car in to the honda dealership yesterday to have a new clutch put in and new transmission bearing(s?) put in because something was wrong with my second gear. so i got my car back earlier today and when i first got in it i figured the clutch would feel a little different, but not this bad.

when i put my foot on the clutch it feels like theres almost no stiffness/tension at all. it feels nothing like my first clutch. its hard to get a clean shift in and if you want to rev match on your downshifts you can pretty much forget that all together. it feels horrible and i have to concentrate my left foot as hard as i can not to get it to jump off the line.. another problem is the sound coming out of my apexi gt spec. after driving it a little bit today i actually got out of my car to see if the same exhaust was still on there. it sounds like they put autozone ricer muffler on there, like a low lawnmower type noise. wtf did they do? how would messing with your transmission change the tone of your exhaust? i considered that the parts might need to be broken in, but this just seems too serious to ignore.

ya they messed up. happens alot since many honda techs don't really know much about cars. i got mine back with low oil, loose spark plugs, and dangling ground wire. the guy couldn't even use a torque wrench and hes their best mechanic. take it back and say this needs to be redone. did they even drive the car? and yes trans can affect exhaust note. there are alot of other things affected by it. did they do the idle learn? what is your neutral idle. oh wait a minute did they actually put in a new clutch or just fix the old one. the new one should feel just like the old one maybe slightly stiffer (harder to push the pedal) but in a few days you will adjust.

my car is going back to the shop tommorow. i sat in my friends rsx base 5speed and pressed his clutch a couple of times. it felt much more similar to my old clutch. i havent had a problem this bad just trying to drive a 5speed normally in any car as i did when i first learned to drive a manual. the clutch feels like it has almost no stiffness at all. i was expecting a brand new clutch to be stiffer, like you said. but when i first got in the car for the first time i pressed it and my foot went right to the floor with little feedback. i jumped pretty bad just starting off. i just figured it was me not being used to the clutch. every redlight i had to take off from i jumped horribly. every time i try to rev match my downshifts i jump around as well. it feels like the power isnt getting to the ground as well either. i'm supposed to talk to the honda tech guy on tuesday so hopefully we can get it worked out.
