Durned Tires

They suck. I could feel the tires "bumping" like their was a flat spot on them. So I took it in so the dealer could look at it and replace faulty tire(s). They called it normal wear and tear and wouldn't replace it (grrr). At the time my car had only 9K miles and about 8 months old. Grrr.

Unfortunately, the life span on the factory tires gives out after 5,000. Did you ever rotate them?

Well there shouldn't be a flat spot unless you are really good and can brake on the same spot over and over. Take it to a Tire place and have them look for any abnormalities. Such as a broken belt or a bulge in the tire. Sometimes nothing is visable from the outside of the tire but there has been cases that they don't look at the tire on the wheel well side. See what someone else can find out. Tires are not warranted by the dealer any who. You need to go to a tire shop that deals in our tire.
