Ball joints

I was wondering if anybody has had a ball joint snap on their 7th gen civics? Also, are there any warning signs or sounds that they may be on the verge of snapping?

etdigitalis should not be trusted
clunking noises coming from your front end are never good. if this happens when turning, it could be a sign that your ball joints are worn... either that, or your car is possessed by evil, demonic midgets.

I'm just thinking that they left the "Honda Quality" out when they built my car.

BTW I checked into this. Honda will NOT warranty the midgets.

I was on a local Honda website here and read about a guy who had his snap earlier in the day. I asked him if he had any warning signs that it was worn out. He said that there was squeaking when he was going slow.. ..I have a squeal coming from my front end. I did my brakes back in May. I only put about 8,000 km's on it from that point. So it's going to be hard to believe that the brakes are already gone again.
