rattle clip pop chirp,

My car has a problem, when i am under acceleration on city streets and hit a small bump or at highway speeds my right front wheel seems to wander, bounce, pop and loose traction, Is the a strut problem? ive heard alot of guys talk about the struts causing alot of problems, any help would be great thanks.

Sounds like a strut problem... '01 and '02 and early '03's are known to have strut problems. I would recommend either buying a higher quality strut, or upgrading to a '04-'05 strut system. I believe there is a DIY on how to upgrade the struts somewhere, a little searching will find it.

it could also be your tie rods needing to be replaced. it doesnt really seem like a strut problem. or perhaps it could be an alignment issue as well...

You could always have the alignment checked, most shops will CHECK it for free or very low cost.
