Well I got her back and she's running great. It was the ignition module (igniter) and the coil. I would have never guessed that was causing the loss of power and rough idle, but I guess it was. Idling smooth now. I actually almost replaced the ignition module myself, but wanted to make sure before I spent $150. Thanks for all your help.
Hopefully this thread will help others with the same problem.

NEVER check for spark like you did with that setup. It's also fairly common for the coil to go bad. You just finished off the ignition module when you spark tested it.
Also: For future reference, ALWAYS use genuine Honda Caps and Rotors with that distributor. Some aftermarkets don't have the same fit, and can burn out the coil due to excessive spark gaps in the cap/rotor. Seen it a few times.
Just wanted to give you one more update. Car was running fine for a few days, but then I was having trouble starting it after it sat in the sun for awhile. Took it back to the shop and they replaced the main relay. It has been doing ok for 2 days now. I'll continue to keep you updated.
