problem on my civic

i realize there's a problem in my civic because there's a weird noise when i put the drive in d and when i put it in neutral doesn't have that problem don't know what's wrong

when i stop my car and leave it at d.. it has a weird noise.. but once i put in N the noise is gone. don't know how to explain the noise

My mom gets the same noise from her 00 Accord, because she doesn't stop the car all the way b4 she goes from reverse to drive. She's done it from day one and it will ruin the transmission eventually. I hope that helps.
