OEM Alarm problem

My Alarm stopped working but the remote entry still worked. I took out the fuse to replace it thought maybe that was it. My alarm works fine with the fuse out but once i put the fuse back in it stops working any ideas what it might be?

A friend had the same problem but I think he had vallet "on" thats why only the keyless entry works and the the alarm, but I'm not sure try messing with the lock for your trunk/gas door
