Exhaust: Heavy vibration
I just installed an aftermarket exhaust (5Zigen Fireball /w Hi-Flow Cat)
I did not get the header yet, so therefore I am currently running with 2 cats (The LX model comes with a cat in the stock header).
Is this causing my exhaust to vibrate like crazy? Will the aftermarket header fix that? The vibration is comming from right under the passenger seat/center console.
Thanks

does this happen when u drive in the rain? more specifically, when driving over puddles or water? if so, thats normal vibration as aftermarket exhaust are known to do this when driving over water or in rain in general.
if its during sunny day and dry road, im gonna say its an installation issue or maybe your exhaust/hi flow cat is just that damn loud.

It happens on sunny days.
The noise level is just like stock, no noise difference at all.
The hi-flow cat is welded to the mid-pipe.
Vibration is either if I go beyond 3000rpm on 5th gear
Downshifting from 5th to 4th
or when I'm hugging the clutch from 1st to 2nd.

go to a muffler shop that has a lift and a welder than tell the guy the b-pipe is vibrating. The catback exhaust is 2 peices? take of the end pipe of the exhaust and tell the guy to bend the b-pipe (below passanger seat) downwards so it doesnt hit the top. That is what is causing the vibration. Not all exhaust will work perfectly. Most will need adjustments. But I got mine to stop vibrating that way. Only flaw is that when I go over bumps the b-pipe scrapes against bumps. Suggestion, dont make the pipe sit too low.
Ihope this cleared everything up/helped out. Pm me if you need more suggestions.
