a hole as in the piece fell out and is gone? or its cracked and leaves a hole?
either way.. without getting a new bumper.. best bet is to take the bumper off and bondo the hole/crack shut then get it painted..
dont worry you can do it.. its just like drywall.. only for cars..
if you dont wanna throw down money to have it repainted you could do it yerself with touch up paint.. it wont look that great.. but well.. least it will look better than a hole..

Some1 told me that Bondo is only for metal bumpers though, does it work on our bumpers? I dont really kno how to explain the hole, i wish my friend was on with the camera so he can send the pic, but i think i caught the guys wheel, and it kinda dragged the bumper piece. dang, dont kno how to explain.

should be able to get it at just about any auto parts store.. if they dont have it they should be able to get it for you...

not sure on how much it will cost to get the bumper painted... with paint i know its "you get what you pay for".. best bet is just bring it somewhere and ask cuz most places will want to see what they are painting before they will throw out a quote..
