I'm not sure whether I need to get an alignment or get my tires balanced.
My issue is when I accelerate abruptly the car pulls to the right.
When I brake firm I feel vibrations in the steering wheel. If I brake firm slightly turning to the right the, I have no vibrations in the steering.
What could this be?

Now with the vibrations, are they happening at high speeds or low speeds? Most likely your rotors are warped or just need to be turned. Check everything out.
