ECM/PCM idle relearn procedure:
-Make sure all electrical items are turned off
-Start engine. Hold engine speed at 3000RPM until radiator fan goes on.
-Let engine idle for about 5 minutes with throttle fully closed and all electrical items turned off.
*NOTE: If radiator fan comes on during this step, the time it is operating must not be included in the 5 minutes

Lowest I have gotten is probably around 28 and the highest around 32. Thats all city driving too, no highway. So I guess I must just be one of the lucky ones or something. Oh and I drive a 03 lx coupe manual and shift around 3000 with the occasional high rev thrown in every once in a while.
