Crazy Loud Exhaust at 4000K???
OK, so I have this OBX cat back exhaust, and just installed a high flow cat.
Any now my exhaust note sounds nice & low from idle to about 3500 then it startes resonating like crazy from 3500 to 4500 - I mean shock waves pounding me & knocking out my stereo sounds.
After that my VTEC kicks in & the exhaust sounds great up to 7000.
Is there something I can do to lower that crazy loud low base sound from 3500-4500?
I thought about going back to stock exhaust, but I am going to turbo soon (if SF ever gets my kit to me, aaaaa!), so I think I need the 2.5" exhaust pipe so I don't lose too much power.
Any ideas?

I had my car up on the lift today, installing an UR Crank Pulley, abd I noticed that there was a piece of metal in my muffler at the far end.
I poked at it with a stick & it started moving around in there!
Tried to remove the object by removing the muffler & smacking it around a bit upside down like a baby rattle. I did not come out & I am not sure if it will or not. It appeard to be some sort of deflector plate that has come loose.
I tried to wedge it in there so it would stop vibrating, but it doesn't want to cooperate, and now the thing is buzzing a lot!.
Anybody know the OBX homepage where I can ask if this happens often, or if there is a way to remove it?
