Arrow 2001 Civic LX 5spd

Wassup everyone, first thanks for reading my thread.

I own 2001 Civic LX 5spd, and I am almost at 63000miles. I am planning to do an oil change, and like I always have done, i will use mobile1 synthetic oil and honda oil filter.
Also, I will change the transmission oil. Any recommands on which transmission oil to use? and when you change the tranmission fluid, is there anything else to change? like transmission oil filter?

And I have read some posts, and people recommand the NGK Iridium spark plugs, is that true that NGK is the best for Civic?

And I am almost at 63000miles, any other things to change? I have checked the manual for service periods, and they seemed to be out of sense. Oil change every 10k miles, or replace spark plug every 120k miles....just seems not making any sense.. any opnions about that?

thanks!

Also brake fluid every 3 years regardless of mileage.

Honda MTF is fine for tranny fluid. No tranny filter to change.

NGK or Denso plugs are fine for our cars.
