Exclamation License Plate Holes in Bumper

Okay so I offically registered my car in the state of Arizona yesterday, changed from Nevada. This leads to a problem. Arizona only gives you one plate to put on the rear. So now I have an empty, ugly a$$ license plate holder attached to my front bumper. So I can take if off, but then I will have 4 ugly a$$ holes in my bumper. Now my fiance's car has 4 little plugs that are painted to match the bumper and make it look nice. I am trying to figure out where I can get 4 plugs that will be as flush as possible, will fit in the holes from the screws (about 1/8 inch in diameter, maybe a little more), and I can paint with touch up paint. Does anyone have any suggestions for where and/or how to handle this?

Those plugs look like they are made for larger and square holes not small round ones.

go to the local dealership, they will have color matched "plugs" for the holes.

The plugs seem like a great idea. I would love them for the door and the bumper, since I have keyless entry on the car, it was be nice.
