alarm doesnt work

alarm doesnt work
i previously thought that the headlights and horn just werent doing their thing when i locked the car. but after further investigation i descovered that the alarm isnt comming on at all. if anyone has any clue what is wrong here please let me know. i dont think its in valet mode. its a 01 lx.
