weird nose at high speeds

weird nose at high speeds
when im driving, i hit over 50 mph and when i hit like a little bump on the road my front driver whells start making a scratching sound. a loud high pitch sound. i took of my wheels and looked at it, nothing looks weird. at high speeds 50+ it would make a scratching sound but when i slow down to lower then 50 mph, it stops. whats wrong with my car!?!?
