Don't know about the window but I have had the seat rails and rack replaced as a warranty issue. It wasn't a recall of sorts but it was a warranty repair if needed. Those parts might be available right away but likely aren't something they'll have in stock.

the window..my best guess is, the tracks are dirty or maybe a guide is off.

Kloverz has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I had a similar problem, with the window passenger side too, then soon it went out i took it to local honda they refuse cause they said i had void my warranty on putting a ALARM, then what made it worst they try to charge me for 250.00 for labor, i was like WTF, the main thing is they didnt even try to look at it. yea you should get it fix tho.

I have to force my seat belt into the latch and when I take it out the indecator doesn't light up anymore also then when you want to take it out you have to tug it out of the buckle... I really need to take it in soon... oh and they said I HAVE to bring it in on a weekday...
