10,000 mile maintanece required light?
what do i do about this? i seriously doubt theres anything wrong with my car considering i watched the light come on right at 10k miles. and i sure as hell am not going to pay honda $100 to turn off a light (im not sure if my cars under warranty anymore)
You can reset it yourself or the dealer will do it for free.
All it means is that you should change your oil (for the 2nd time, i had done it around 3 by this point....), roated and balance your tires, and check to see if your car is fine. Nothing worth paying Honda for. I went in, had my oil changed and thats it. Italked to a service tech about what they do for the 10k mark and he even said it was pointless for me.
My came on before 10,000 though, kinda weird.

all this information is in your manual. Your light should come on at 8k not 10k. It will blink a few times then go off. The instructions to turn it off are in your manual. Also, you determine what service you think is necessary.
IF it stays on than something is wrong and take it to honda to fix.
