rear bumper fitting

for those two areas that i circled(the car in the pic is not mine)
my car has small gaps there..
for the area under the tailight, i can kinda see thru that gap..not that big tho..
and for the area around the rear wheel, if i see it from the top, the body and rear bumper dont straight up..hope u kno what im talking about..
i wonder if this kinda fitting problem is normal for our cars cuz i had an accident 5days after i got it and got rear bumper replaced..
if its a bodyshop's fault what should i do to win them? cuz they told me thats normal for our car..but its really disappointed about how they did on my car..
the car in the pic shows me that its not really normal for our cars cuz that one doesnt have those gaps there..

From the view of your tail light rear bumper...it looks to me like a reflection than more of a gap. Please take a side view close up...to me, this picture looks normal. you should have about 1/8 of a gap.

You might be missing the mounting brackets. They help keep the bumper from having that ugly gap.

My bumper is funky too, my coupe is one month old. Not under the tail lights, but on the side where the bumper meets the body, my bumper is slightly bowed in like it was overtightened or something. Also, it looks like the factory did a sh*tty *ss job of painting my bumper because at the top, on the edge, near where it meets the body the paint is not completely covering the plastic. If it starts peeling, it is going back, and they will fix it.
