HELP I cannot get my octane sides to fit

Here are some picture of my problems. I bought an octane r34 body kit and it needed like 6 hours of work on the bumpers for them to fit. Now the bodyshop called me and the side skirts don't fit. Can anyone offer your advice.

I guess you can only do two things. One complain to the shop or place where you bought the kit or else pay a little more and get the body shop to make it fit.
