some type of exhaust problem

I have a 2001 Civic LX and have Hp 4-1 Header, no cat. Cold Air Intake, 2.5 inch exhaust and no resonator, I aswell have the JET ECU chip but I havent installed it in yet, but here is my question. Evrey time I drop a gear or if I slam the peddle down my exhaust hits the bottom of my car, what can i do to stop that?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Get longer hangers or check to make sure the piping is in the exhaust tunnel and not hitting the side of it.

I am pretty sure it is in the Tunnel, but if i get longer hangers wouldnt it hang lower from the body of the car. I dont my exhaust to hang low, so people can see it from the side.
