2014 civic wiring help

2014 civic wiring help Hello all. I am looking for guidance on what similar component/wiring could cause the following issues at once:
OBD2 Scanner will not connect. (I checked the pins with the multi-meter hoping to find a bad ground or a blown fuse. They checked good. I tried the cigarette lighter fuse also with no change.)
All warning lights are illuminated on the cluster
No Tach or Speedometer
Air blows but no AC (Jumped the compressor, clutch engages and air cools)
Key Fobs out
Besides the above issues the car is running fine. Any help would be much appreciated!
