Electrical noise on start 2006 LX
This used to be in intermittent problem but has become dependable.
When you turn the key to start, it seems there is a lag before the starter spins. During this lag, maybe only a second long, there is an electrical buzzing, almost a sizzling noise coming from the dash or maybe the steering wheel column on the left side (opposite the key). Any ideas what this is and whether it merits concern?
2006 Civic LX 1.8 auto with 88,000 miles.

Don't twist the key slow, that causes weird buzzing when the switch is between contacts at the "almost working the starter" point.
Turn the key quickly, and turn it all the way.
