Trouble shifting into overdrive [solved]

I have a 2011 Civic that's having a problem shifting into overdrive. I noticed it last week so I changed the fluid last Friday after work. It had been changed on schedule about 1600 miles ago. It did not fix the problem, it has to get up to 50 mph to shift into overdrive. The car has 152662 miles on it and the transmission has been serviced on time. Any ideas is appreciated!

As far as I know, locking the torque converter around 50 MPH is normal. I believe it stays unlocked at all times below that speed.

Thanks, this is my sons car that I recently got from him. I have driven it most of the summer and now that its cold I noticed a difference in shifting into overdrive. I just read that in cold weather it may take longer to shift if the motor is cold. Thanks again for the reply, I don't need any transmission troubles for sure.
