P0497 and p145c codes

Hey there, i have a 2010 honda civic coupe lx vtec and im trying to figure out why i keep getting these codes. At first i was getting check fuel cap message for about 2 months would go on and off randomly. It then started a check engine light with p497 and p145c codes. I looked into them and seemed like purge valve was a common issue so i went ahead and replaced it and cleared the codes but still drives very sluggish, horrible shifting and rattles violently at idle and in park/neutral. 2 months down the road it came back on with same codes but no check fuel cap message, so i replaced it again along with vent valve and fuel tank pressure sensor, cleared the codes and 3 days later still came back. I had a smoke test done and didnt find any pinholes so im at a loss here for anymore ideas. Purge solenoids all worked properly when i tested them as well. If anyone could give me any advice or help i will greatly apprectiate it

I'd wager a guess that if everything to this point checks out, it's your charcoal canister. That's a pretty common issue as a result of people topping off when fuelling up.
