Is "INJ" fuse for fuel injectors in 2013 Civic?
What is the "INJ" fuse in the engine compartment fuse box? The fuse is 15 A, and they put it inside parentheses: "(15 A)". What's the meaning of using parentheses? I'm trying to disable fuel injectors.

Yes.
Just remove all the spark plugs. It won’t run with just the compression tester in.

Wouldn't that dilute the engine oil in the crankcase? Would that fuel clean the rings, and unstick any stuck rings?

The little bit you'll get from doing the compression test won't make much of a difference. Pull the fuse if you're really that concerned.
