How do I check my fuel pressure on my 08 si?

So I'm gonna rent a fuel pressure tester, how do I go about hooking it up, is there a Schrader valve?

Disconnect the fuel feed from the fuel rail, insert some sort of 'T' fitting, connect one output back to the fuel rail and the other to the pressure gauge.

I rented a fuel pressure tester from a parts store once and it did not have the correct fittings. I had to cobble something together to get it to work.
