ummm does high% tint means darker windows??

nope the lower the % = more darkness (ie 5% like a limo tint, usually illegal in most states)

its rated on how much light it allows to go through it. so for example, 5% is only letting 5% of the light through so its darker than a 15%, which is allowing 15% of the light through. got it?
