Scuff Marks!

Scuff Marks!
I recently got my car repainted and when I got my car back, I noticed these concentrated areas of scuff marks. It is hard to explain, and I don't know if it is common in new paint jobs. I have a 2k1 blue civic by the way and you can see these scuff marks very well when it is very sunny out. Some of them you can just see no matter what the conditions are. Is there anyway to get these scuff marks out when my paint cures or what?
