everybody needs to see these things. Cleaning rims s*cks, but I found this stuff called hot wheels( I attatched a pic of the bottle). you don't even have to scrub, just spray.
I also made a little invention. I'm probably not the first to come up with it, but I'm the only person I know that has one.
When you spray tire foam or armorall etc.. on your tires, it never fails that it gets on the rim. If you take a piece of cardboard and cut it like in the pic, it will save you a lot of hassle. in fact, both of these together cut about 20 minutes off of my carwash time.
also, windex takes bugs off of bumpers, as does dryer sheets. Don't flame me for being in the wrong forum, nobody goes to detailing.

Rep Power: 0 I usually use the foam and constantly wipe the drips and stuff off the wheels. I will definately be using the cardboard. Very nice. Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 yeah i used to do the cardboard thing, but as with most spray on tire dressings, once you start driving, the silicone starts slinging off onto your paint. so now i just use a small sponge applicator and black magic tire tint, doesn't drip and doesn't sling off the tire.

Rep Power: 0 ya I've seen that before, but am too lazy to do it. Lately I've been using the meguire's tire gel, works wonders and is applied by hand not a spray and after I let is sink in there is no spraying it off onto the paint

Rep Power: 371 Castrol also makes an excellent rim cleaner that does the same thing. Spray it on, make sure the rim is cool when you do this. Let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes and hose it off with a good stream of water.
The cardboard thing is an old invention but thanks for posting it.

Rep Power: 371 The Rc car doesnt run anymore. It will be used just for display in shows. I now have the truck that is in the picture in my members rides running. I dont believe they make that body style in a sedan, only in a coupe.
