Dent Removal?

Dent Removal?
Hey everyone, just wanted to ask you all something. Today one of my idiot friends accidentaly rammed his knee into my rear fender and made a dent, not that big of a dent, but noticable. Well, I am going to use the hair dryer and ice trick, but I keep hearing about dry ice. If I do this process with just regular ice several times, should that pop the dent out?
