Selling wifes car; Paint/Detailing help, please.

OK so I am needing to prep the wifes focus for sale. The front fender is dented (some a-hole hit & ran @ my grandmothers memorial). Now if I buy a new preprimed fender, do you think Maaco can do a good enough job painting it ford gloss black (no metallic)? Also there is some slight spidering/scuffing on the top of the rear bumper from heavy things getting pressed against it when we moved. Do you think Scratch-X or the like would be any help there? Any input appreciated.

For just plain ford black, maaco will do a decent job and most people that will be shopping for a used focus won't notice any paint difference, make sure if you do that not to wax or do anything but run a gentle stream of water on the new fender or you will be asking for problems, especially from maaco. With the spider webs get a clay bar to start with, it won't help the scratches but it will save you alot of effort, the first 2 or 3 applications of scratchX would be getting through wax and such. Work an area thats probably 6x6 wipe off and reapply until your happy. Sounds like your on the right track.
