anyone remove seats to clean interior?

i plan on doing a full interior detail and would like to remove the seats, so i can deep clean in and around all of the carpet. is there any concern or anything i need to worry about taking them out, etc...? thanks peeps!

Not unless you have airbags in the sides of the seats. Otherwise its pretty basic.

Possibly to remember not to put your key into your ignition until they are properly bolted down again..

If you have airbags in the seats and dont properly disconnect them and the battery, you could risk them deploying. Just like taking out the steering wheel.

if you wanna be super sure, just disconnect the battery when you remove and unplug the seats or steering wheel. Plug back everything before you connect the battery back.
