Do people just have them painted that way or can you order them special like that? With the edges not carbon fiber?

youve gotta have it painted like that. its custom work but shouldnt be hard or to expensive.

Do you clean carbon fiber the same way you do paint?

yes, the carbon fiber has a clear coat on it just like paint does.
