Yellow spots on car in SoCal Jet fuel?

I just washed my car and waxed it. The next day, even hours later, little yellow spots appear on the windshield and paint. I don't park under a tree, in fact, i'm in a garage near an opening half the time.
Someone told me that it was jet fuel that planes jettison before landing.
The yellow spots come off really easily but it is quite annoying.

Has anyone else heard this?

I get them all the time. I could be wrong, but I believe it's pollen.
