Can I paint parts of my stock steering wheel?

Can I paint parts of my stock steering wheel?
I want my steering wheel to match exactly with my honda silver dash trim. Should I paint it with a Honda silver color, or find a steering wheel that has silver already in it?

you can paint it.. same way you do the rest of the dash trim.. however if its a part of the wheel you touch a lot the paint will rub off and look like crap..
