Help with engine swap +turbo

Wassup civic gang, looking to do a full engine swap for my 2004 civic si (manual). I’m looking to put in a fresh engine under 100k, and also throw a turbo on the new engine, was wondering if anyone new the cost’s, also wanted to know some good turbo brands to buy (where to buy them) my car is currently at 250k any help would be appreciated thanks boys!
