Blown Struts?

Hey everyone, for the past couple of months I have noticed a squeaking noise coming from the rear suspension. I have read people talking about blown struts and all. Well my suspension only squeaks when I am going at low speeds, like 10 mph, when you go over speed humps and dips in the road. When you go at higher speeds, you can't hear it. Can anyone verify that this is really a blown strut? Thanks!

Best way to tell is to look for leaking fluid coming out of your strut. If you know where to look for it, you can tell right away. If not, then just take it in to your dealer.

I have a knocking coming from my front right, it used to be only when i was turning left and going over a bump, now its pretty much any bump on the right side that does it. would this be struts or something else?

My car got a rattling noise when I go over the bump or rough road with my right side wheels (both front and rear). Although the noise really seems coming out from the top side rather than the rear side, I still think that it's my strut's problem?

For anyone hasing the strut problem, did u hear the noise on the rear or it also seems like from the top?

I have the same problem. Mine is the front left (driver's side). It drives me crazy. I'm going to work on it tonight and lubricate the upper and lower perches. I'll let you know how it goes.

i have a 01 ex and when i dropped mine two inches it only took about two weeks and one of my rear struts was blown. honda wanted $250 for a new one so i went and got a pair of koni yellow adj. and i haven't had a problem with them. here recently i raised it an inch with a new set of springs from eibach. when i did that i bought a front pair of koni yellow adj. and now i have blown one of those in about a month and a half.
